Returns Policy A – Samples

A.1 - Chargeable samples are supplied on a 30-day sale or return basis after receipt of an order
A.2 - Chargeable samples must be returned within 30 days of the order date. The invoice is generated at time of goods despatch. Goods must be returned within the agreed time frame for the credit to be raised.
A.3 - Samples and packaging must be in original and immaculate condition
A.4 - Samples must be accompanied with a debit note or will not be accepted
A.5 - Samples are not subject to a handling fee
A.6 - Freight is at the customers expense
A.7 - Unaccepted sample returns must be collected within 30 days of no-acceptance notification from One Light UK or they will be disposed of or returned to the customer at the customer expense

B – Returns

B.1 - Returns (general)

B.1.1 - Goods can be returned up to 1 month after their purchase date. Specially ordered and custom manufactured fittings are non returnable unless otherwise agreed.
B.1.2 - Goods must be in our 24/25 catalogue
B.1.3 - Goods and packaging must be in original and immaculate condition
B.1.4 - Goods must be accompanied with a debit note or will not be accepted
B.1.5 - Handling fee is 25% for UK stock items, non UK stock items are subject to 30% handling fee, this will be advised at point of sale.

B.1.6 - Freight is at the customers expense
B.1.7 - Unaccepted returns must be collected within 30 days of no-acceptance notification from One Light

UK or they will be disposed of or returned to the customer at the customers expense

B.2 - Returns from promotions

B.2.1 - Returns from promotions can be returned up to 2 months after the finish date of the promotion B.2.2 - Goods and packaging must be in original and immaculate conditions
B.2.3 - No handling fee will apply to returns from promotions

B.3 - Stock cleanse

B.3.1 - A stock cleanse is possible within 6 months of the purchase of the goods in question after this has been agreed with our sales team.
B.3.2- A stock cleanse is on a 1 for 1 basis
B.3.3 - Goods must be in the One Light UK 24/25 catalogue

B.3.4 - Goods and packaging must be in original and immaculate condition
B.3.5 - Goods must be accompanied with a debit note or will not be accepted
B.3.6 - Freight is at the customers expense
B.3.7 - Unaccepted returns must be collected within 30 days of no-acceptance notification from One Light UK or they will be disposed of or returned to the customer at the customers expense

C – Warranty

C.1 - One Light UK products carry a between 2- 5 year warranty
